Jason Goins is an Air Force officer and scientist whose career spans nuclear forensics, national special security events, counter-WMD policy, and military innovation. As founder of Project Arc, he embedded engineers with operational units to solve real problems — cutting B-1 maintenance by 250 hours and improving RQ-4 targeting accuracy by 85%.
He holds a chemistry degree from Creighton University, a master’s from the Colorado School of Mines, and a U.S. patent issued in 2023. Based in Washington, DC.
